I have used Grand Jude for years. They are always punctual and professional. We had a clog and attempted to remedy it ourselves...rendered unsuccessful. Called Grand Jude, they had me on the schedule that day. Chris and Aaron were able to get the clog taken care of and also cleaned out the main drain. We are very content with the quality of work and appreciative of the quick response. Would highly recommend!

I moved back to WNY a year and a half ago. Within the first 2-3 days I was in my house, the hot water heater died. I called Grand Jude in the morning and they showed up and had a new water heater installed that same afternoon, at a price lower than I had paid for a replacement for one at my previous house in another state. Then a few months later my sewer line was clogged. They came first thing the next day and in a couple hours had it all snaked out (tons of tree roots). Then my toilet was leaking at the base. Again, they were here the next day to re-seat it with a new fitting and even replaced the plastic water hose with a stainless one at no extra charge. And now yesterday, again they had to come out to clean out the roots from my sewer line and were done in an hour at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with these folks and will continue to give them my business.

Called them Sunday morning at 6:10 a.m. because we could hear water running continuously in the house but couldn’t find any water. Frank Jr. was there in less than 30 minutes, easily determined that our backup sump pump was running continuously, indicating that the sump pump itself wasn’t working. He temporarily shut off the backup, and his crew was back here Monday morning before 8:00 a.m. to replace both pumps in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. 100% satisfied. Love Grand Jude Plumbing!!!

We have spent a lot of money with this company. We've had both a good and bad experience with this company. The most recent experience is why we will never give them our money again. The owner came out and was supposed to provide a quote for yard drainage. He was at my house maybe 5-10 minutes and left without saying a word. That was days ago and we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional. Maybe they looked at the job and figured it was too much work, maybe they need a couple days to price everything out. Your guess is as good as mine. We will be spending our money with a different company moving forward.
